The Master Enterprise Member

DDI has authorized a single Master Enterpise member, which has all the privileges of an Enterprise Member with the additional privileges unique to them. The Master Enterprise Member also manages the Affiliate Members and Enterprise Members on behalf of DDI as far as the Member Sales Channel.

  • Joseph Chilcote of A.L.L.U.D.E. is the sole Master Enterprise Member; No other Master Enterprises are authorized at this time;

  • Of each sale made by Affiliate Members and Enterprise Members, 50% is set aside by DDI for the Affiliate Payout Pool, which DDI administers;

  • No commissions shall be awarded to Affiliate Members or Enterprise Members on sales DDI makes itself.

  • From out of the Affiliate Payout Pool, DDI shall pay out commissions and overrides;

  • Any remaining balance from the Affiliate Payout Pool after paying out commissions and overrides shall be awarded to the Master Enterprise, which is free to keep it or designate part or all of it to fund bonuses to downline Affiliates or Enterprises under its own authority, as it sees fit;

  • Unlike ordinary Enterprise Members, the Master Enterprise Member is not eligible for overrides on sales made by its downline members, but has the option to keep the excess monies in the Affiliate Payout Pool

  • DDI itself shall not fund bonuses to any entities whatsoever

How Retail Membership Works
The Retail option is how a customer buys a Retail Membership from the store. Retail books are not co-branded but if sold by an Affiliate Member, or Enterprise Member, DDI pays out commissions. Retail sales made by Co-Brand Members, Affiliate Members, or Enterprise Members will carry a unique SKU, and be coded, therefore for appropriate payouts in the Comp Plan detailed below.

How Co-Brand Membership Works

Co-Brand Members buy the ebook carrying their brand name and logo on the product, which they can then make available to their audience by sharing a link through their social networks or email for their audience to click through to their custom landing page, provided by DDI, which contains their co-branded merchandise for sale through the DDI e-commerce server.

Co-Brand Members buy the product for themselves labeled “Presented by (brand name)” with up to 3 ads inside the book, complete with logo and link to a specific web page, as well as a phone number, in the ad's "call to action."

We set up Co-Brand Members with their own landing page in our store, so they may promote and sell the co-branded product they themselves purchase to others without commission; it’s their responsibility to promote only their co-branded landing page; they promote the link to the retail or co-branded products without commission; NOTE: If Co-Brand Members want to be eligible for earned commissions on those sales, they must first upgrade to the Affiliate option (more on upgrading later).

How Affiliate Membership Works
Affiliate Members are Co-Branders who have bought the right to earn commissions whenever they sell the Retail Book or their Co-Branded Book (under their co-brand) on their own landing page within our store.

Currently, the commissions an Affiliate Member can earn include:

  • 25% on sales of the Retail product

  • 25% on sales of the Co-Brand program

(Commissions are payable to 1 Program Member, that being the one that personally made the sale using its unique assigned SKU; it’s their responsibility to promote only their Affiliate landing page; No Member will be eligible for  commissions on sales made through DDI's own landing page or a landing page designated for another Affiliate or Enterprise.)

How Enterprise Membership Works
Enterprise Members are Affiliates, too, but they’re also empowered to sell the Affiliate option and the Enterprise option to others, in addition to the Retail product and Co-brand program option. Enterprises earn when they sell the Retail product out of the store. They also earn commissions when they sell the Co-Brand program and the Affiliate program to others. Finally, they earn overrides on Affiliates they personally sponsor.

  • 25% commission on sales of the Retail product

  • 25% commission on sales of the Co-Brand program

  • 20% commission on sales of the Affiliate program

  • 50% commission on sales of the Enterprise program

  • 10% override on sales made by personally sponsored Affiliates (Overrides are payable to only 1 Enterprise, being the Enterprise that personally sponsored the Affiliate that made the sale.)

  • In addition, Enterprises are eligible for bonuses exclusive to their level as determined by the Master Enterprise Member.

Schedule of Payouts to Affiliate Members and Enterprise Members

DDI shall close out each month of sales on the final day of that month.

DDI shall calculate commissions; these shall not apply to refunds or chargebacks.

DDI shall make all payouts by the final day of the following month to allow for refunds and chargebacks. This intentional delay will help avoid complications due to refunds and chargebacks made on sales in which commissions have already paid out.

Therefore, commission-eligible Members may expect payment 30 days after actual sales have been transacted.

Permission to use your name and logo in marketing

As Program Members, you grant to DDI a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your business name and logo, as well as your personal likeness, in any existing or future media. You also grant to DDI the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights. This includes, but is not limited to: marketing communications, client lists, case studies, and any testimonials we solicit and/or you provide.

PLEASE NOTE, WE BILL ANNUALLY IN ADVANCE FOR THIS PROGRAM. You may terminate your Membership up until the next billing cycle begins, or else we will bill you for another year.
